Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data I collect as IT Connect Pro through itconnectpro.net, and how I use it.

What I collect

When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, business name and message. I use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the project and invoicing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires, typically five to ten years.

Who I share it with

Only the service providers I need to run the business (hosting, email and accounting tools), and only when necessary. I never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to bouzisalman@gmail.com.
